Secure Feet

I was just playing through the Mountain area on Episode 2, and I had gotten these three items in order. SECRURE FEET, PHOTON DROP, SECURE FEET. Is it just me, or does episode 2 give out more rares, and is surcure feet hard to find for anyone else? Oh, and I am Pinkal.
