Can you find Add Slots in every area with every ID? I know the Item Findings isn't right, because I've found it with Oran (wasn't listed). So I want to know if it is just like a PD, but from boxes?

The item findings from boxes aren't complete yet, theres a thread in the site related about new item additions to the Item Findings (Boxes only). I'm pretty sure every section ID can find an add slot from something.

Every ID has plenty of areas to get AddSlots from, but I don't think that it's possible to find one in every area.

Ive only found one AddSlot the entire time ive played this game (150+ hours) so im kinda bummed out about that, but im sure all id's can find them in specific boxes. Not as easy as pd however... so many pd....

No they aren't. You get the from specified enemies. I.E. Redria finds them from NAr lily's

They aren't random like Photon Drops, but rather they're set rares like special weapons.

As far as I know, they only come from boxes. The Item Database isn't to reliable in this point, because I've found it in Caves 2 (ult) with Oran, which wasn't listed. That made me wondering if you could find them anywhere, with any ID.

*randomly selects an ID and some areas* *goes through her list of item finding* Nope, they can't be found anywhere. But, it seems that every ID has quite a few places where they can find them, mostly from boxes.

If you can go online just go to the Gallons shop and trade one pd for an add slot.

My Whitill was really lucky on Normal found about 6 till my friend got the memory card corrupted. NO!

In VHard Ruins, from one of those poison spitter things (in the hallway), I found an AddSlot. I forget if it was my Redria or my Purplenum though...
