Where the hell can i find it, its the ONLY tech i dont have..got Grants so no need for it. So where can i get ir...can i buy it?

Grants and Megid cannot be purchased. Grants and Megid are also the hardest techniques to find.

You can find it anywhere starting in Normal Ruins, but don't expect a lot of them. You can find a Lvl 1 Grants and suddenly jump up to, say, Lvl 7 in Hard Mines, and those could be the only two you've found so far.

You can find them more in ruins ,but are still very rare.

dont bother with megid on lower levels... its good for ult though, and only past level 25 (esp seabed and spaceship).

You can look at the drop-rate charts. I was lucky to fing Grants lvl-28 for my FO. ^_^

i found Megid lvl 15 about 10 minutes ago from a box from the Sil Dragon...i was quite pleased!
