Question about S-Red's Blades Special

does the s/d only initiate if you attack an enemy? or can you just attack the air and get s/d'd? how long does it last and how strong is it? is it worth going for if you are a HUmar who can't s/d themselves except for mylla and youlla? thanks

ive seen a hucast strike midair and get s/d so i think you dont need to hit anything (but it is kinda weak s/d, but you can use it w/o tp)

you use it's special and it flashes out shifta or deband by the end of the combo you've cast both of them.

Not always. I've had full combos of nothing but Deband or Shifta.
