standstill shield

why is the standstill the highest shield for rangers level 125. on the dreamcast there was alot higher shields. my ranger is level 172 now it would be nice for some new shields

Stats have been altered from the DC to the GC/XBOX versions. *shrug* That's just how it goes. Find one of those things and they're the best non-FO shields you can get. The more popular choice is the Kasami Bracer but I've always favored DEF to EVP
