gah!!! Hildetorr!!!

gaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!! i'm so fricking mad right now!!!

at beat time 554 after piping for an hour or so i finally found me a fricking hildetorr but instead of freezing like my bro did when he found his mil lily, i did the smart thing...i jumped 6 feet straight up from a sitting position and screamed 'HOLY SHITT!!!' then i ran to the warp (i was at central dome, in that room with two warps, the one that goes down to forest, and the one that goes to that circular room with a box...) i sat there a couple of minutes thinking 'Ok dumbass...you found one...now what are ya gonna do about it...' the thought had crossed my mind several times that night...i decided that since there was still a hildelt in there i might wanna take it on so i can focus all my energy (and bernie's) on the torr...so i warped back, ran across the room, cast grants at the hildelt and jumped in the other warp...then warped back cast grants and ran to the other warp...but en route...i got to close to the torr, and he cornered me against the wall and i couldn't move...then he punched the daylights outta me and killed me...one-hit KO!!! bloody asshole!!! didn't even get to see him cast megid! and i wanted that damn Magic Stone 'Irritation' grrr...bastard!

I do you think I feel?? I killed a Hildetoor and it did not dorp magic Rock "Irristia" and I recently encountered 2 Hildetorr's at the same time and both of them did not drop a dam Syncesta like they where supposed to

nice find, you wouldnt have gotten the stone anyways, so dont worry. A friend of mine Detra is lvl 200 REDRIA and shes seen probably close to 20 hildetorrs and he hasnt gogtten stone yet either. But its always fun to se a rare enemy, ESPECIALLY a torr.

I saw a 'torr in Temple last night with my then-L71 RAmar - my first thought was "Oh SHIT!" followed by legging it to the nearest door. Since it was in a tiny little gangrape room I had to wait for it to go over to the other side of the room so I could kill the Merlans in the way. Considering it took the stupid bastard 10 minutes I was rather close to saying "fuckit" and going for hit-and-run. Once I managed to wax the Merlans the 'torr finally figured out how to get to me. And I'll say this; if you're a Ranger taking on a Hildetorr, a Frozen Shooter is your FRIEND.

Pal Rappies aren't blue. Pal Rappies are sort of half-green, half...err...some other colour I forget because I haven't seen one of the bastards in ages. Suffice it to say though, Pal Rappies can ONLY be found in Ult Forest. No other area, (that includes Temple) no other difficulty.

When i met my first Hildetorr it quickly used Megid, i had a scape doll though(X1) and when I was revived I ran to the nearest exit because I thought it would kill me again. I thought becase I was so far away from it, and if I tried to approach it, it would use megid on me and kill me and I would not get to kill it.
But I ran right up to it (dunno how I did) and let it hit me until I had full PB and killed it because my attacks always missed, and it dropped a Frozen shooter! What a story -_-

The best way to kill a Torr, if you are a hunter, is to face him head on !! That way he will not have a chance to spit Megid.

If you are using a force or a ranger, the doorway trick is the best way to take them down and not getting killed in the process.

The first time I saw a Hildertorr I had been piping for him to get a Frozen Shooter, I found one, he killed me, but with Megid. (Only took 15 min to find the first one) Then, after about 20 minutes more of piping I found another one, managed to kill it, dropped nothing, no meseta, nothing. Well, it took me until my sixth Hildertorr to finaly get my Frozen Shooter. But, I am 2 for 2 with Pal Rappies, got two Guard Waves from 'em.

i am currently Hildetorr hunting and I carry around 15 scape dolls, as I was faced with 2 hildetorrs at the same time! One was punching the life out of my hunewearl and the other was trying to Megid me and there was a Hildelt repeatedly shocking me through the wall
