if i wanna quit my HL for my xbox, do i need my credit card number when i call 1-800-4my-xbox?

i would say it wouldn't hurt to have handly and is hardly a great effort to get from wallet and have when making phone call...

it's just that it's on my bro's credit card, and he's at work rite now...and i wanted to do it now...

edit note: just be aware of the security that might be gone with him doing that, depending on where he works that may or may not be feasable
