does anyone have the quests unlocked up til the point whre you can make enemy partsinto weps? if you do could you help meout and maybe make 2 of my parts into weps for me? ill reward you as best as i can

I do. You can do it if you complete all the quests and then do Dr. Osto's Research and talk to Dr. Montague. He'll give you what you want.
