HI,

I just wanted to know whether or not a person can get one of the three rares (supressed gun, god hand, technical crozier) with percentages on it. I am wondering this because I had gotten weapons in the lower difficulties that had percentages on them.

yeah. They come with %'s. I had a God Hand with 30% hit!

Ozwald (I think that is his name) is usually quite generous.

The Percents given to a weapon from Ozwald are at random.

..You may be able to get a Negative Percent one.. I haven't seen or heard of it though.

I got a godhand with 20%native and 10%dark.

Yes I got a techical crozier with 45%hit. But I dont think Ill attack with it. lol

And yes you can have a -% in a weapon. If you find a weapon with % the tekker will give you from a -10 or +10 in that %. For example, if you find a uncnoun weapon with 30% beast the tekker can give it to you from 20% beast to 40%. A range of ten. I was under the impression that the Crozier didn't boost anything, and was therefore a useless rare weapon.

That's true, it doesn't boost anything.

But it boosts MST.

Thanks everybody for replying to my topic. Although, your help did me no good thanks to a ridiculous mistake. Ok, so I after see that its possible to get a god hand and supressed gun with %s and possibly hit %s, I start thru the required quests to open up soul of a blacksmith. I play straight thru the night (6 quests in a row then soab being the 7th). I was closing in on my goal. I get the miwonite, beat the dragon and then get a mineral in the caves. But, guess what? I'm a fucking moron and bring him the red mineral and he turns it into a fire rifle with 40% hit. Unfortunately, I was too tired and angry to realize I should just hit the power button and start over. So I ended up saving and at the same time wanted to punch myself in the face for being a dumbass.

Well, You can still redo the quest, it only counts when you first recieve a rare.

I got my weapon on the second run through with my HUmar, so don't worry about that.

Yeah you can.

It's the second time you bring him the blue mineral that he won't give you a rare. You can get a weapon everytime you do the Quest.

I was able to get a god hand with 40 machine 45 hit! I traded it though.

Technical Crozier 0/0/0/0/0
God Hand 0/20/0/0/30 (quit without saving after the first one, all 0%).
Supressed Gun 0/0/0/0/30

And no, the weapons Ozwald gives you can't have negative % as you don't tekk them.
