Where is Challenge Mode?

I see a topic about it, I read about it in the strategy guide, but WHERE is Challenge Mode?

What is Challenge Mode?

Challenge Mode is a type of game you can play in multiplayer mdoe, online or offline. Basically, you start at level 1 (It's not permanent, it only applies to challenge mode) and play through different stages being timed. You get rares if you complete it quickly.

Tho I've had PSO on GC for a year and a half but I still never found Challenge Mode(and i cant play online yet either >_<).
