They're not rare enemies like PAL Rappy/Hildeblue/etc. Their online inly enemies like Epsilon and Ill Gill.

From what I've seen they're just different colour versions of mericarol, the blue one using barta and the yellow using zonde, something like that, I'm not online so I don't realy know
