Hackers dont make items. They just modify existing or hidden code.
They probably could make something named Trigrinder that grinder by 4, but it would take awhile.

ahhhh my small mind cannot comprehend the contradictions. You say hackers can't make items but they can make a trigrinder that adds +4

Actually, all you'd have to do is find the code in which adds the 3 to a weapon and change it to 4... Simply said, but I don't even know how hackers can hack things for the GCN... Well, I have an idea of HOW they do it... Meh, let's not get into hackers, hehe.

ungrinding would be cool if u could bring the item to the tekker and get grinders from it with the cost of the item.
