My friend spends a lot of time trying to find a rare weapon, but once he finds it, he finds so many that his deposit box overflows with them. Does finding an item once increase the chance of finding it again.

I don't think that's the case. He's probably just finding the traditional 9 star annoyance rare that ID's seem to have.

It's hard to say. It seems when I find a good rare I find them like candy also. I'll never forget the time I found FIVE guardiannas (yep, I thought they were all mahus too, I didn't tek them until after falz.)
