hidden trap?

When you go to customize with an android you'll see your traps in the lower left corner. There is one trap that is not lit up. I was wondering what kind of trap this is,how to get it,or if it is even a trap. Thanks in advance.

I think its a Slow Trap and you can only use it in Battle...

Yes, it's a slow trap that is only activated for Battle Mode.
