Syncesta (whatever its called) Question !!!

I sorta know what it does but I want more detailes.
1. Do you need 2 lavis cannons to make a double?
2. How many Syncesta do you need?
3. Is there any other things you can bond with it?
4. Are Syncesta hard to find (like photon drops?)

You can't use it on anything else.

Syncestas are insanely rare O_o You will probably find 900-1000 photon drops before finding a Syncesta, if you're not specifically looking for either one. I piped one using Oran, and it took 44 Hildetors.
