I looked at the guide on how to unlock the soul of stell quest and it says you have to Docs secret plan to unlock it but i did that and it isnt unlocked yet.

So do i have to do some other quest to unlock it?

Try completing the other quests that have Dr. Montague related issues.

no i nearly did and i donoph died . so when i do that will soul of stell be unlocked?

Just beat all the quests that you can and then eventually it will open.
