Which is the fastest non rare battle unit?

Don't say God/Battle since I know it is by 30%, and a rare, but what about the others?

How much percent for each of them?

the only nonrare one is general/battle. it boosts by 10 %

The only non-rare /Battle item is General Battle, I personally couldn't tell that my character was swinging her weapon any faster than normal.

Oh, I thought there was more than one. Oh Well, now I might want to find a god battle, since I have no rare slot items but a cure freeze and cure paralysis (racasts don't need it).


Edit: I saw a devil/battle, that I thought was not a rare, and it boosts by 20%, I need that badly... or a god/battle if i can get a legit one.

The Devil/Battle unit is considered rare since it's 9 stars and it is fairly easy to get if you the right ID.
