99 out of 100 times, when i try to get online with pso i get a message saying "Phone/Network line is not connected" but both ends of my phone line are taped into their outlets. It's not a faulty line, i replaced that too. Sega tech support was no help (big surprise). Does anyone know how to solve this problem???
