i was playing pso on ultimate in the forest and i saw an El rappy aboout 2 times taller and wider than normal. what exactly does it mean?

All it is is a rappy that is randomly "different" from the others. And it's not rare. I've seen 7 so far.

in journalistic pursuit, there is one room with four rappies sitting in a circle (uh...square...) and i was piping there, and i got a fat rappie in every single position going around in a circle...it was funny...rotating fat!!!
