Angel Harp doubt

Hi everyone i got a question about the angel harp which i got recently and well the description says:
"A wondrous gun whose effects are said to be enhanced by the power of love" so i wanna know is it like the Saftey Heart shield? does it power up when players of the opposite sex are around? or is that just propaganda? if it is just propaganda then i've got me a justy that confuses.

According to the simple info on this site, there is no power-up for a "love" factor.

What Angel Harp does do is let female forces equip it.

Also, Justy does the 1/4 HP thing if I'm not mistaken, where both Wals and Angel causes confusion.

And it would make some sense cause i mean it can't be 11 stars and be as crappy as a justy.

Well based on the simple info on this site it just displays what the weapon's description is t doesnt really give detailed info.

to summarize it up no it does not power up, it spews feathers and female forces can use it!!!!
