Whats the easiest way to get a Hitogata offline? I can get all three to Ultimate somewhat easily (Redria is already there).
This site says they all have the same chance of dropping:

1. Don't go by the site, It doesn't seem reliable in my eyes.

2. Probably Redria, There are a few more Delbiters in the Seabed then Sinow Zele.

I suppose your not Online, seeing as Del Lily aren't an option?

Your right about the online, I'm all set up for going online, but parents won't let me yet. Hopefully by Halloween for the Hallow Rappies though.

You're right. First off, they don't take into account the drop rates of the enemies. Secondly, they assume the percent chance of a rare dropping is always the same. Thirdly, they assume that ST didn't change the way the game figures out the percent chance of the rare dropping, which if what I've found is correct, they are wrong in assuming that.

Id say any Delbiter, the drop rate for both section IDs is the same for the Hitogata, it always is the same if its the same item from the same enemy. Delbiters in general seem to be less stingy than Sinow Zeles.
I found a Hitogata at my sixteenth run through Ultimate Seabed before my data got corrupted, on Pinkal, if that helps.

It is hard to say as there may be more delbiter's but mabey the sinow zele has more chance of dropping one!!!

All the sites I have been to say they have an equal chance of dropping.

All of those sites must be wrong since they don't have an equal chance of dropping things.
