LOL, i agree Datel isn't the most professional company when it comes to orders. They seriously need to work on that. Although i have always received everything I've ordered from them (Keyboard and Powerlink) they don't answer email questions very well and even when they do you'll get conflicting info. Still they were never late and everything worked well (except for the mapping on the keyboard)

To the people using the Datel keyboard, what you want to do is force open the fat part (where you plug in the kb) and expose the chip. This will relieve all the heat issues, thus eliminating keyboard lag.
