What am I suppose to do in central control area to continue on. I have gone through the areas like 8 times messing with those stupid computers.

There are three certain terminals you have to hit. They are located pretty much by each sub boss, and when you get them, the top turns, and shows a green light, signifying that you hit it.

After you hit all three, return to where you started, and the door will lower, granting you access to where the boss is.

There should be a different computer at the end (or close to it) of each stage, that should say something about deactivating the security when you talk to it(?).
