Is there a way to raise the Power Maser's damage?

Is it possible? I am a RAcast and I am not sure. It would be a good weapon if I did about 70 damage per hit instead of 30...

I think it's just one of those crap items that every game has.

The weapon's attacks are like the elemental specials you can find on weapons. So, you can either try raising your MST (which you have none, being a RAcast) or your level seems to have an influence on the power of the elemental attacks (but not by much). I haven't used a Power Maser before but I have used a Maser Beam and it doesn't seem to hold much value to it. I guess the Power Maser could be used to tag enemies for getting some easy exp pts while playing with others online.
