What's up with the offical PSO Ep. 1 & 2 site?

Whenever I go to sega.com and go into the PSO Ep. I & II page, there is no longer the pop-up with the Ragol News, etc. I deactivated my account for a few months, because I was tired of playing, so how can I reactivate it now that that screen is gone?

I think you have to go through the signup process as though it was a new account and sega will recognize your previous HL, but dont quote me.

How would I go about doing that?

Try doing it through PSO itself. A freind of mine also had trouble reactivating his HL since st's support is, to say the least, lacking.
