Mag: I have a question bout mags so all uber mag know it all

I have a lvl 67 madhu with 3 photon blasts but i am wondering can you get more PB's and customize them like you can with your buttons

You can only have up to 3 on a mag, and you get them when the mag evolves, typically at levels 10, 35 and 50. Depending on stat alignment, character class, and Sec ID, you can get a certain PB. But, no you can't re-arange them.
