Weird Rare Drops

Okay, my friend and I were in the v.hard forest and were looking for Gigobooma's Arms. My friend's a Whitill and I'm a Viridia. I can get Vjayas from them and my friend can get the arms. I hit the Gigobooma but my friend killed it, but it dropped Vjaya! What the heck's with this? Can the enemy drop any of the rares from any Section ID that hit them or what?

I'm very frustrated and pissed off about this since I already have at least 6 of those Vjayas!

You were probably first player, seeing as who ever made the game determines what rare items will drop, not who kills the enemy.

You know the same thing happned to me one day, i was yellow boze and el rappy in temple was supposed to drop cross scar, and one drops.........a vajya (spelling).....was very weird...
