Meteor Smash (+45 A. Beast)
Soul Eater +35

Slicer of Assassin
Hell/Devil's Diska (I believe this has a +20 hit, not sure)
Hell Laser +25 (Instant kill almost every shot)
Dark Arms (Less chance to kill, but it's a Shotgun)

I have much more, but those are the best off the top of my head.

I'm looking for 4-Slot Flowen's Frame or 4-Slot DB's Armor, DB's Shield as well.

Also, looking for DB's & Flowen's weapons with good %.

Finally, looking for Technical Crozier, though this isn't an immediate necessity.

Make an offer, though, if you have none of the above.

Nikon, I like that trade, though I've never heard of the MAG you're mentioning. Nandin? Is this a MAG cell?
