soul eater, the quest for it

i was just wondering, can you get the soul eater in every difficulty level, if you can what's the reason? do you get better hit percentage or something?

Nothing is different besides the level of difficulty you have to go through to get one..

Getting the Soul Eater is like getting a weapon from Dr. Montague, or converting the Orotiagito. You can't get percents on it.
