The top one is Ultimate only, and the lower one doesn't give rare %s.
I'm looking for something like this:

People could confirm things they didn't find, not everyone confirms it, and doesn't quite give an average number of enemies to find an item.

Though the confirms aren't always true, there is fact in which you will find the item listed. Don't go by percentages, most of the time it's just opinions and false information.

I get that and do realize that it may take someone 1 enemy to get a common rare or it might take 1000s, but was hoping that someone, somewhere, made some type of average/percent sheet for something other than Ultimate, as some people here say that some of the rates were about right.
