GC-Item: Wok of Akiko's Shop and Chu Chu Fever

Any idea how you earn it? I've found Akiko's Frying Pan, but have no clue about the Wok. I'm also curious to know about how one acquires a Chu Chu Fever. I sorta promised someone I'd find them, but have had ZERO luck on this.

EDIT: I've figured out how to get a Spirit Garment, but can't find any info on a Chu Chu Mag. How'd you get that one?

You get the cell from a Jack and you use it on a lv 50+ Mag.
