I always found clans to be fun, so it's time for me to reminisce again. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
I was just wondering if anybody out there remembered the old DC v.1 clans that there were around early to mid 2001? Here are the few I remember and a brief description of each.
Red Ribbon Army: I never got into this clan, or knew what activities they used to do, although I knew plenty of people that wanted to join. Most people found it weird and bizarre to see these little FOnewearls all of the same size/height, dressed in some black and red costume with the bobble hat and there was lots of pictures in threads way back then (shame they aren't still around). They had names like R.R. Army #12 with the person at #1 being clan leader (obviously http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif ).
FAT: Never saw much of this clan but knew of them. They were all fat and short characters of various types and costumes (that I saw). All the members had FAT after their character names.
? clan: I was part of this, although it never got very far. All members could be any character type as long as they were short, slim, with white hair, skin and costume, although it didn't matter what the section id was. Characters were also constrained to using untekked weapons (basically anything with a ? ). The clan leader (called Z? ) named all the members with a letter from Z backwards across the alphabet followed by a question mark (I was V? ). It was a fun idea, which I wouldn't mind trying out again some day.
MOME clan: Something silly IceBlink did one day with a few friends and was freaking everybody in the lobbies out. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif Not a proper clan as such.
Magenta's Angels: This was a clan that met up for different events created by Magenta to test our individual skills. It was a 'come as you are and participate in the events' kind of thing, with no set constraints unlike the other clans.
