Will there be any difference if I use a grinded cane instead of a grinded scepter when I make my summit moon?

Summit Moon

Forces only with at least 650 MST.
Cane +55 + LV100. (Green)
Stick +40 + LV110 (Blue)
Mace +25 + LV120. (Purple)
Club +10 + LV130 (Red)

No gold Cane series.

Edit: No Force series weapon is Gold/Yellow/level 5.
