Whats the highest hit % findable on a weapon?

I have been searching for a long time for a sword that has a whole lot of hit percent (a regular sword) So that if I ever get Olga Flow's DNA, I could combine it with the high hit % sword to get a good DF. I want to ask, whats the highest hit percent findable on a regular sword item?

Yay! I thought so, but I never have, the highest percentage I've found on a sword is 50%, does anyone know where I can find one with better than that?

I think the highest hit % is 50 because I got a duped Spread needle that had 100/100/0/0/50 . If they can get native to 100 why havent they gotten 100 % to hit? Possibly because they cant.

The max is definitely higher than 50%, because I've seen a Dark Flow with 90 hit on it flying around trade boards. Most likely, 100% is the highest hit you can get, but to find something with that high hit would be incredibly, insanely lucky.

The max on a weapon bought from the shop is 50. So, if you're looking for better hit, ya better start picking up all the sword types as you play through levels.

How is it that your hit is at 100%? Is it hacked? I know how you got the others to 100%, but that 100% for hit has to be one of two things:

Heh thats alright Plus I play PSOX and i have neither an action replay or a mod chip.I traded it for a cross scar I found on a previous run in the ruins.

I have a hacked Dark Flow with 90% hit and a Rainbow Baton with 85% hit, also a Dark Meteor with 80% hit and a Stag Cutlery with 70% hit. So I would be willing to bet that 100% is theoretically possible but I've never seen one on GC. In fact, I've never seen higher the Dark Flow.

Well, finding a 100% weapon would be a bit difficult.

But, you can use those hard earned Photon drops and the East/West Tower quests to bump them up, remember?

You cant add percents to hit. Only to the other attributes. If you could, every dupe would have 100 hit...

Using a means of hacking that will allow the item not look so hacked to the game: 300%

Actually, the highest you can find in the game is 90% in ANY area, which can be tekked up to 100. If an item can't be tekked, you won't get higher than 90 (for example, 80% hit vulcans, sans element).

This may not be hit but any %'ll do. I found a Last Survivor with 90% Native on it. It may have been worth more if West Tower didn't exist, though. It didn't make the "tekked right" noise, either...
