I found 2 of these on one very hard west tower run. Are these good, and i have seen FO's useing these but it says they are Hu weps. What are they best for?

Madam's Umbrella Shifta & Deband range x2

They can be used by any female,but they aren't really that good unless it's an only weapon.

The Madams Set is a nice set to have. The Umbrella is stronger then the Parasol. I happen to like the blue color too more then the pink. They are good weapons for a Fomarl or Ramarl, as is the Plantain Huge Fan. The Umbrella also gives a range boost to S/D which is appreciated in online play.
