Help w/ piping for Pouilly Slimes

i know how to pipe for rares and everything but i can't seem to find a Pouilly Slime to appear, whenever i try i normally give up after about an hour, i'm just wondering that since the slimes r kinda different from the other monsters (they split into more), if a split slime can be a Pouilly or is it just 1st slime in a room or what?

You can split Pofuilly Slimes into Pouilly. I haven't personally done it though.

Edit: Remember, rare monsters are about 1/500 or 1/512.

Well I think they have a higher chance of appearing at different times.

I tried to pipe some for a Lavis Cannon and around 300-500 beats I found only two. Since I've found a lot of rare monsters around 700-800, I tried then and found 15 (on the same day), yes 15 pouilly slimes. The 15 one dropped me my cannon

ok, so its just a matter of patience?
is there a good quest for piping for slimes?
or just go into a normal caves run?

ive seen several of the others except for the slimes

eeee. i've seen 4 pouilly (red) slimes online (xbox) and i've gotten an angry fist and a cure/freeze. didnt get the item from the other two though. this is since the game was released on xbox but yeah i've seen 4.

Yes, slimes split off another slime have the same chance of becoming a Pouilly Slime as a naturally appearing slime.
