Ive had this game for like 5 or 6 days, and I was wondering can any mag have any stat (like something besides a Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, Master System, etc having 195 pwr)?

check the guides, any mag can be raised diff for diff stats, the 195 on 1 stat mags are useally hacked
