Actually, I think that luck only goes up if you give a Luck Material to your character. I personally haven't seen luck go up on any of my characters through level up.

True True, i maxed my luck at lvl 1. Through collected luck mats from other characters, only takes 45 luck materials.
Right though, Luck only goes up if you add it through armor slots, God/luck, God/ability or some weapons like L&K's, Final,etc., and of course Luck Materials.

i made a LV1 HUnewearl and maxed her stats at level 1...even tho i only used her for challenge and battle mode...too bad i deleted her and made a RAcaseal...probably ill remake her later...max out her stats and name her InFaMoUs FFX or IG*Tidus 415...not sure but eh

My lvl 200 Racaseal Tiamat-MSD- had all max stats. I would tell you how many mats and her equipment but I recently quit pso after corruption but I think I had on 3 god abilities and one god luck

I have two God/Lucks to max out my luck. I get critical(s) almost every combo when swinging a sword.

My RAcast is maxed =D.

I think only luck and ATP was maxed when i exacy hit 200 tho(had 2k left while fighting olga O.@)
