It simply allows you to max you chars base stats (so they all appear in yellow). You can also (to a lesser extent) increase your Hp and TP.

Since there's no limit to the amount of HP or TP you can have, they put a limit on how much you can gain with the aide of units and such. This glitch simply adds onto them until it hits the limit they put in.

and unlike in DC versions... you can't heighthen the stats once they hit yellow. The only change is your secondary stats such as equiping armors and weapons. Mags too but slot items (pow, mind, etc.) wont do any good.

Yes don't ask for or post cheat codes. It's ok to ask like what they mean, for example if you wanted to know what a dupe was, but not how to do it.
