Mod Note: Signature Crackdown.

I am starting to see many signatures over the limits previously set. Most of them dont know about the limitations though since they joined after the post.

BUT its time to do spring cleaning and get this back in order.

Sig limits.

30 k in size

175 height max
600 width max

Preferable size

12k in size

120 height
600 width

There are just some sigs that look like crap at that size tho so just dont go over the sig limits. =)

P.S. I am going through posts and removing the signature from people over the limit and private messaging them.

yeha!

i had a sig, but i stopped using it in deference to the marginally faster load time of a page without sigs.

i think sigs should be 10k or less tho!

Heh, Ambrai's sig is just barely under 30 KB if you go by the direct byte conversion, otherwise it is 32 KB. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_biggrin.gif

Hey no prob,i have no idea what the size of my sig is but for some reason i keep making sigs o.O,i can! make another one if its too big..
I think my sigs 29.9 but im not sure...

i cut the height down but im not sure if its within the 30 kb range
