GC-Item: I need help!!!!

Helloooooooo... I was wondering if someone could help me out here... I was fortunate enough to find a Windmill dropped by a very dead Mil Lilly and it has this very cripic message about the special, "being released when the power of the wind...."

Anyway I havent been able to decode that yet and so can some tell me how to use the Windmill special and what exactly it does...

Do a combo with it and the windmill thingy should start to spin. Then, while it's still spinning, use the special attack and it will send a windmill thingy at the enemies, as a penetrating attack (I think, it's been awhile since I've messed with the one I found).

You have it right. Just attack and the windmill will spin. As it picks up speed, use the special attack and it will send out a slicer-type attack. Kind of fun for a meleeing force.
