It lists everything apart from who can find it. So who and where do people find it????? My only guess is holiday rappy drop????? Please help!!!!!!

I believe you got it from the no longer active Famitsu Cup.

It WAS a Vers 1/2 only weapons that was handed out to the winners of a Famitsu contest (Famitsu being a Japanese game magizine). I believe it is a hack on Vers.3, since it was still in the code but never activated.

No it was a legit item in GC pso. You would get it by trading your lucky tickets you got at Famistu cup at the Singing by the Beach quest. You gave ten tickets to the rappy and you got to spin a slot machine type thingy (I think it was a slot machine type game). Anywho if you got like 3 rappys or what ever the top place was, you won the magazine.
