Save Conversion - US / EU to JP

This is not a code request, just an inquiry for those who know about this sort of thing:

How easy / is it possible to create a save conversion code to convert from US / EU?

I know there was one for DCv2 (only code I ever used), if there is one I will use it to convert to JP for PSO Plus.
