hp/tp recovery specials

How come they have both hp/tp recovery specials and gush/geist for s-ranks? Are the hp tp recovery specials like android hp recovery and newman tp recovery? Or is it like the crappy hp/revival tp revival stuff?

the later i guess, but actually i havent tried yet. if its like it was with v.2-sranks than its a constant recovering, like the effect a slot item does.

Havent tried it out yet, but I'd say its as crappy as using the weapons special to regen HP or TP.
Im pretty sure its not a constant recovery if you dont use the weps special (except if you are a droid, of course, for HP regen and a Newman/wearl for TP recovery)

I have a cane with TP recovery it gives back about 1 tp every sec. I used it on my FOmar and i kind of sucks it might be a better with the newmen forces it might add to there Tp recovery skill but i dont know.
