Telling PSO V1.0 from V1.1?

Do you guys know how to tell the difference between JPN V1.0 from V1.1?

I need to know since the PSO Ep1/2 Repack (See Sonic Team Site from Details) says the transfer from PSO EP1/2 to Plus is like:

V1.1 Players: Keep everything as normal
JPN V1.0 Players: Lose Items (Like transfer from V1-1.1)

Is there a way to tell WITHOUT going Online? I currently don't have a Hunter's License, and can't get one for quite a while.
Some people say that the Disk is different? Or that the Main Menu says V1.1? Are those true?

as far as i know it says ver1.12 on the title screen somewhere.

I asked on the GameFAQs Board, and they said

"V1.0 Disk is White and Blue, V1.1 is Green and Blue"

That means I got V1.0 >_<. How can I change it without losing my Characters?

you could try and get hold of the new episode1+2 plus, as far as i know the ver1.1 upgrade is only available using mail order, by posting your old dsic off, and getting a new one - in Japan.

Plus is the Repack, yes? Then I'll just wait till November than...
