Last night a friend of mine took his RAcast, Wrought-C, online for the first time. He had a bit of an unpleasant experience with some rude jerks, and was contemplating just logging off and sticking with offline.
Well, at that time, Manifest popped into the lobby, and I said "Hey, there's Manifest. She's cool." So he said hi, she said hi, and they created a team.
Manifest gave him some nice (but sensibly not over-powered) weapons and armor, and said "let's go get you some XP http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif". Well, they did, and she acted as his mentor and bodyguard until she had to leave.
I just wanted to say thanks, Manifest; that was very good of you to take your time out and help him in that manner. As he said later, "Playing online with stupid people sucks, but playing online with cool people is really sweeeeet!" http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_wink.gif
