I heard there was a Quest you can do to do get one. I dont know for sure.

Go to temple on hard mode and pipe for a love rappy.

Thx for that i will http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif should have a pretty good chance from love rappy but its very annoying trying to find a love rappy in ep2 ><

If you're doing Soul of a Blacksmith, ditch all efforts to get Surpressed Gun and get God Hand instead.

Go for PURPLENUM Episode 2 El Rappies instead.

Don't worry about how many times it takes to pipe for one--because it could be 500 or it could be 5.
