What items show effects in game play?

Am talking to a friend, who was playing PSO back on the DC, and he has a FOnewm pinkal as well, and is looking for the Smoking Plate. One reason is of the smoke effect that surrounds the character when equipped. I know I seen others that did some visual effect...think there was a fire-like one. What armours and stuff are there that do have visual effects like the Smoking Plate.

Not all yellow armors/shields. Case in point: Attribute Wall.

The burning one is the Flame Garment, findable only by Greennill Ill Gills. I believe the Parasite wears also have affects..according to what I read last night.

It has little virii flying off the host, like you see in Ruins3.

Which are the Ill Gills...and is that available offline to get?

Ill Gills are online only and only Greennill ones can drop the Flame Garment.

Are you sure every Armor in Yellow caps has a visual effect? My Secret Gear has none that I can tell, oh wait a second thats a shield so I guess thers no effects on all those then?

yes its Lafuteria. its the final form, but you have to be a super level to use it.
