I have read many articles saying that you can only find holiday rappies online during certain times of the year, I know this isnt true because when the after the Halloween event had ended, my brother was playing in temple offline and ran into a valentine rappy. He didnt get anything but he still wasnt supposed to find that till months from then.

That's a love rappy. They aren't special to any holiday and can be found offline all the time and online whenever it isn't a holiday with a special rappy.

Yea, Halloween, Easter, and Santa rappies replace the Love Rappy for a set period of time online only.
