OK, my friend has a Vahara mag and had his power as his major points, then dex and m ind low levels. Mind was 1, and dex was 5. He wanted a new mag, so I told him that if he got his mind higher that his dex, it would change. So he did that, but it didn't change! Now his dex is 6, and mind 8, and power somewhere in the 60's. He just passes lvl 70, so it can't be that it only does it on multiples of 10. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks. He has 3 photon blasts also.
